William Ardrey to face fraud charges in WA
Former CEO of Avantogen, Dr William Ardrey, is to appear in Perth Magistrates Court this Friday on 19 counts of fraud.

Dr William Ardrey will be facing the Perth Magistrates Court this Friday facing 19 counts of gaining benefit through fraud.
Dr Ardrey has formerly served as CEO of Avantogen Oncology and CEO of its parent company, Acuvax, as well as chairman of Freedom Eye Resources, along with sitting on the boards of a number of medical and technology companies.
He has also worked as a consultant for biotechnology companies, including Phoenix Eagle, which is based in Western Australia.
He was arrested in Queensland last year under a warrant of apprehension issued by the Perth police, and extradited to Western Australia to face the Magistrates Court.
He will appear in court at 9am on Friday 17th February for a committal mention.
